| The Jack Nobbs Machinery Team have recently been hired to clear out several production machines from retired factorys. Some of the machinery we were asked to removed weighed over 32tonnes! | Jack Nobbs - Press Removal |
Recently Jack Nobbs have been contracted to carry out a removal of several presses from a site in Hapton Lancashire. The largest of which was a Siempelkamp Press weighing in at 90tons!
This 90ton leviathan stood at 9 metres high and 4meters wide and The team had to use a four post lift system rated at 600ton SWL to uplift lay over and transport to southern Ireland and reinstall.
This machinery removal process was completed in 10 days.
A second press went to mitras in Stafford which weighed in at 35tons and we used two versa lift trucks to uplift lay over and transport to reinstallDate:27/10/2011 12:22:40

This machine was located in the midlands and Jack Nobbs Machinery had to decommission and dismantle completely ready for shipping to Germany using the versa lift.

Jack Nobbs Machinery recently had a project to take out a 7metre Kingsland Press Brake. The total weight of which was 127tons!!
This exceptional removal took 5 days to complete including taking roof of the building to gain access with a mobile crane!

Jack Nobbs were recently contracted to remove and install two Kearns Richard SF125 Horizontal Borers for Eaves Engineering.
Each borer took around 7days to remove and install up and running with our team lining and leveling to the required specs.

Jack Nobbs Machinery were recently contracted to remove machinery from the old site in Rochdale to their new works in Swinton, Manchester.
Jack Nobbs relocated two large bailing machines, a sort system, two large Remer machines and many other items relating to thier business.

| Recent Project - Machinery Removal In Oman |
The team at Jack Nobbs Machinery recently went to Oman in the Middle East to carry out a machinery removal and factory relocation project for an oil company called Cameron Oil.
The machinery removal project took 3 weeks with a team of 5 men - the machines that were removed included horizontal borers, CNC lathes (Doosan & Puma), millers and welding equipment.
